Colonial Seal Company hydraulic seals are manufactured for a wide range of temperatures and pressures. For media compatibility please refer to our Chemical Compatibility Chart. We supply both single and double acting hydraulic seals. Colonial Seal also supplies piston seals, rod seals, U-Cups, T-Seals, wipers, wear rings, guide rings and back-up rings. Our hydraulic seals are supplied in standard materials including Nitrile (NBR), Viton® and Polyurethane. In addition to these standard materials, our hydraulic seals are also available in high performance materials such as PEEK, Teflon® and FDA compliant materials. Our engineering team works with our client base to develop custom hydraulic seal profiles suited to their unique applications. Apart from our standard u-cup profiles, we supply o-ring loaded u-cups and u-cups with back up rings or anti extrusion rings.
Utilizing both lathe cut and molded manufacturing processes we are able to supply low-volume, custom made hydraulic seals as well as facilitate high-volume production runs. Our hydraulic seals are used in mining equipment, earth moving vehicles, robotics, control equipment and material handling equipment. We are authorized distributors for Hallite, JM Clipper and Garlock Hydraulics. Additionally, we can also supply cost effective replacements for most major brands including Parker Hydraulics.
