Colonial Seal Co. hydraulic seals are manufactured to withstand high pressure, high temperature, low friction and aggressive fluid environments. We supply both single acting hydraulic seals and double acting hydraulic seals. Colonial Seal also supplies asymmetric piston seals and rod seals, U-Cups, T-Seals, wipers, wear rings, guide rings and back-up rings. Our hydraulic seals are supplied in standard materials including Nitrile (NBR), Viton® and Polyurethane. We also supply hydraulic U-cups in high performance materials such as Aflas®, PEEK, Teflon® and various filled Teflons®. Our engineering team also works with our client base to develop custom hydraulic seal profiles suited to their unique OEM applications. Apart from our standard U-cup profiles, we supply o-ring loaded U-cups and U-Cups with Back Up Rings or Anti Extrusion Rings. We also supply an extensive range of Urethane Wipers and Metal Clad Wipers.
Colonial Seal Co. supplies several cylinder manufactuers with rod seals and piston seals. Our rod seals and piston seals come in Urethane, Nitrile with or without back up rings and loaded energizers.
Utilizing both lathe cut and molded manufacturing processes we are able to supply low-volume, custom made hydraulic seals as well as facilitate high-volume production runs. Our hydraulic seals are used in mining and earth moving hydraulic equipment, robotics and control equipment and material handling equipment. We are authorized distributors for Hallite, JM Clipper and Garlock Hydraulics and can also supply cost effective replacements for most major brands including Parker Hydraulics.
